Inland RV - Airstream Parts

My parents' Airstream is a 1975 27' International Rear Bath that needs some fairly major work:

• Axles - $750 each (x2)
  
• Tires - $95 each (x4)
• Rock shield for the front windows - $400
• Replace Univolt - $200
  
• Floor covering (Replace old carpet with cork or hardwood)
• Curtains
• Cushions and Cushion Covers (I'm highly allergic to them.)
• Vent Gasket
• Windows need to be disassembled and cleaned from the inside out. (Fogging)
  
• Plumbing - some lines burst from freezing.
